月亮酒店 (Hotel Moon)

깨끗하긴 한데 서비스가 너무 별로였어요. 2박을 했는데 칫솔 치약도 아예 없어서 주변 다이소에 가서 칫솔 치약을 사와야 했어요 실내화도 없고 커피포트도 없고 진짜 다른 호텔에서 기본적으로 제공하는 필수품들이 하나도 제공되지 않았어요. 무엇보다도 요청하지 않는 한 객실 청소를 해주지 않을 뿐만 아니라 수건도 바꿔주지 않아서 직접 가서 새 수건과 물을 받아와야 했어요. 그리고 왜 이렇게 복도에서 시끄럽게 떠드는 중국인들이 많은지.... 시설과 가격에 비해서 아쉬운 호텔이었습니다.

房間很乾凈整潔，還準備了轉換插頭，設定了國內這種插孔，特別便利。 酒店離公交車站衹有一百米不到的距離，出行也很便捷。 前台工作人員都會中文，可寄存行李，服務態度很好。如果下次有機會一定還會選擇月亮酒店。

공항에서 버스로 바로 갈 수 있고, 정류장 내려서 2분이내로 숙소 도착 가능합니다. 대로에 바로 있고, 외벽에 호텔 문이라고 엄청 크게 써있어서 쉽게 찾을 수 있어요 최근에 지어진 호텔로 내부가 아주 깔끔하네요 고층 요청으로 8층을 받았고, 룸 업그레이드 해주셔서 각자 방에서 숙박했네요. 다다미 커플룸은 요이불 세트로 4인 숙박 가능 할 것 같고, 중간에 식당이 있어서 근처에서 음식 사와서 먹기 좋았어요 체크인 당일에는 물 추가요청하면 주시고, 체크아웃 일에는 정수기 사용하고 하시네요

地理位置近機場，不算旺區，較安靜。門口有公交車站，去各大景點都順。 房間床鋪用品，沐浴品高級，用得舒服。 唯一稍有不足，樓上隔音效果一般，剛好上層住了一個動作很大的傻，整晚睡不好。

숙소는 적당히 깔끔하고 가격도 좋아요. 방음 너무 안되서 자다가 몇번 깼어요. 한층 숙소 한층 비고 한층 숙소 이런식으로 하셔야ㅜ할거 같아요. 소음때메 몇번 깬거 말고는 괜찮아요. 간접등이 있으면 좋을거 같아요. 불끄는게 문앞이라 번거로움

離中心市區有點微妙的距離，但是很方便 門口就有BRT 到機場的線路很多，希望可以加強一下垃圾丟棄（分類）的指引

I don’t call this a hotel. Totally do not feel safe here. They could barge in your room anytime. There is no internal lock. With announcement to replace insect screen to all rooms they decided to disturb guests. The worker knock the door without waiting for the reply that use the keycard and open the door immediately. With no internal lock what is privacy here. Think of it if you were in the shower and staff barging in. There is no mini fridge in the room. The kitchen area is a small area in-front of the elevator on the ground floor with an old fridge. No shared laundry facilities. Even a hostel and a motel provide more facilities than this. The service was not good. The lady was kind. All the other 3 were male worker. Most of them are Chinese workers. The late shift was a male worker he was not very service minded. I returned two towel in the morning picking up new one at night he turned it into a big deal with 1 towel per day rule. By the end he go annoyed (made the face) and gave me two towel anyway. Staying for 4 nights and asking it once i dont know what was the big deal. Half of the time the receptionist is not at the front desk. Moreover, there is no room service I stayed for 4 nights my room was not clean at all. The hotel also informed guests to bring trash and separate the trash themselves on the first floor. Room smell was a bit moldy. Ionic 5 wouldn’t fit in their elevator parking so we have to park 300m out in a public parking facilities.

주차타워가 있어 조금 불편했지만, 객실에 들어서자마자 그런 아쉬움이 다 사라졌습니다. 침구는 너무 깨끗하고 은은한 향기까지 나서 기분 좋게 머물 수 있었어요. 냉장고에 시원한 얼음물까지 준비되어 있어 더운 여름날 큰 감동이었습니다. 체크아웃할 때 사장님도 친절하게 응대해주셔서 마음이 따뜻해졌습니다. 엘리베이터가 다소 느리긴 했지만, 리모델링을 해서 그런지 외관보다 내부가 훨씬 세련되고 깔끔해서 깜짝 놀랐어요. 혼자 여행으로 방문했지만, 다음에는 남자친구나 가족과 함께 꼭 다시 오고 싶을 만큼 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 강력히 추천합니다! 🌸

自己獨旅來濟州島 這間蠻舒服的 離機場很近 也離市區很近！ 而且很乾淨！！重點還是投影機讓你看電視 真的好喜歡～櫃檯的小姊姊人也很好！ 回國後寄放行李都沒問題🥺❤️ 下次還會再來的～

Convenient & Friendly Stay in Jeju Among the 4 hotels I booked for this 訂房網站, this one had the most guest-friendly check-in/out policy — check-in after 2 PM and check-out before 12 PM, unlike many hotels in Busan that require check-in after 4 PM (even 8 PM!) and check-out before 10 AM. The staff was friendly, though she only spoke Chinese — but no problem, she was sweet and used a translation app to communicate. The room was small and didn’t have a closet or hanger, but it was clean, new, and comfortable. Perfect if you just need a safe and convenient place to sleep. Great location, only 20 minutes to the airport, with many bus routes nearby for exploring Jeju’s top sights.
